Research Institute of Chemical Industry
(GSRICI) is situated in Lanzhou –an important
chemical industry base. GSRICI was built
in 1984 and occupied an area 200,000
㎡.
Now GSRICI
is the
sole applied research institute of chemical
industry in Gansu province, which combines
scientific research, producing and commercial
trade in one. Based on its technical advantages
GSRICI carries out research in the field
of fine chemical industry and civil blasting
techniques. Some fine chemical products,
such as photo initiators, paint
additives, adhesives, water treatment reagents,
textile additives and chemical intermediates,
have been gradually formed, and a series
of characteristic products, which is highly
competitive in the international market
and with good economic benefits, has been
developed. The institute possesses advantages
of civil blasting in the fields of the blasting
equipment for oil fields and city controlled
blasting, and has obtained outstanding achievements.
There are 3 subordinated companies and
a joint venture company in GSRICI. All of
them are high-tech enterprises located in
the national high-tech industrial development
zones of Lanzhou.
With the implement of the western
development strategy of China and constant
technology innovation, our products export
to Europe, America, Japan and Taiwan etc.
